Room upgrade to the redeemed room type is subject to room availability. Please contact the hotel to ensure your room upgrade voucher can be used before make a reservations or amend your booking.
Each e-voucher is for one night use only. For room bookings will multiple nights, additional e-voucher(s) should be redeemed.
24 hours advance written notice to the hotel prior to your arrival is required.
E-voucher is valid for redemption until 31 Dec, 2020
E-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers / benefits
E-voucher is for one time use only
All e-vouchers once issued, cannot be reversible back into programme points.
In case of disputes, hotel reserves the right to make the final decision.
